Self Reporting Reminder
Self-testing is an important step in knowing what you must do to protect others from COVID-19, but it is also essential that you self-report in your own county to help assist in data collection to provide the most accurate assessment of COVID-19 numbers in your area. Use the Pitkin County Positive At-Home Antigen Reporting System found on the get tested page to report a positive at-home antigen test. You will be prompted to answer a short set of questions regarding your test details. No information related to close contacts will be collected. Upon submitting your test result, you will also be given the option to receive isolation guidance information by email.
If your at-home antigen test result is positive, this is a true positive and you should immediately follow isolation guidance.
