The COVID-19 pandemic has caused increased anxiety for more than 50% of Americans and many people are feeling lonely or depressed. Returning to school after summer break can be difficult for some families in a “normal” year. Given the many unique circumstances we are all experiencing this year, returning to the classroom this fall may call for extra awareness of how kids are feeling and reacting, as well as how parents and teachers are responding, while taking care of their own mental wellness.
Mind Springs understands that returning to school, whether virtually or in person, might be difficult for students, teachers, and parents this fall. View their Back to School Toolkit for some helpful information.
