Purpose and Intent:
“The purpose and intent of this Addendum is to add clarity to Pitkin County’s existing Seventh Amended Notice of Public Health Order issued May 9, 2020 and to incorporate into the Seventh Amended Notice of Public Health Order those applicable terms of the variance granted to Pitkin County by the Colorado Department of Public Health and the Environment on May 23,2020 as well as additional guidance from the Center for Disease Control (CDC).”
